Tower Crane Operator

Job Description

• Operate tower cranes to lift/move heavy materials (steel, concrete, prefab modules).
• Interpret hand signals and radio communications from ground crews.
• Conduct pre-operational safety checks and maintenance.
• Work at heights (100m+ platforms) with strict safety compliance.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and riggers.

Requirements

• Valid Tower Crane Operator license (country-specific, e.g., CCO in USA, Red Seal in Canada)
• 2 years of experience in high-rise/commercial construction
• Ability to read load charts and blueprints
• Physical fitness (climbing ladders, working in all weather)
• Basic English (or local language) proficiency
